about me

My name is Helen. I’m a scholar, queer activist, and environmental researcher living in southern Mississippi. I started painting historical homes and buildings in my small town several years ago, as a way to preserve the great historical content all around me.

When I’m not crafting, I’m fostering animals from our local animal shelter or working to help aquatic life all around the world. You can check out my research and activism for marine life here.
